GreenAcres secure national award

Andy Paling, Managing Director at GreenAcres Woodland Burials, said: "In our industry we are often dealing with people at a very vulnerable time of their lives so our staff have to be at the top of their game. It is a great honour to have that recognised at a national level and I'm delighted for all of our employees who constantly go above and beyond the call of duty, always putting our families first."

GreenAcres Woodland Burials received the award at a gala dinner held at the London Hilton Hotel in Mayfair on Tuesday, October 2.

Claudia Thorpe, Chair of Judges for the European Call Centres & Customer Service Awards, said: "The GreenAcres team left the judges feeling quite emotional thanks to the inspirational stories of individuals constantly going above and beyond for the customer experience. They also demonstrated a strong teamwork ethic that helps them deliver exceptional service."

The National Customer Service Awards and the European Call Centre Awards were merged to offer a single platform to demonstrate customer service and contact centre excellence. Entries were encouraged from all sectors and all companies, large or small.
